Kitchen gutted. Have a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer still in the kitchen. Cutlery and crockery in plastic boxes.

Cooking will be by microwave and airfryer on a table.

Already worried as have a lot of machines in kitchen as nowhere else to put them.

Any advice?

Go with the flow, not ideal but will be worth it the end, honest 😁

Does your table with microwave and air fryer have to stay in the kitchen? I would be rearranging another room (lounge?) to create a small kitchen space free of dust and dirt.

Get a slow cooker. You can cook potatoes, rice or even pasta in it.

You can buy portable induction hobs very cheaply to set up somewhere else in the house.

How many people are you feeding. In all honesty I’d muddle through depending on how long the work will take. Bring your table out of the kitchen and set it up somewhere less dusty.

Havjng just had my kitchen refitted the biggest pain was not being able to make a cup of tea without going upstairs for water so maybe have some water in a bottle somewhere for easy access.

Can a friend or family member help out with laundry if your washing machine is out of commission?

Hi all thanks for the messages. Thankfully the electrician is great but still struggling. Can't wait to have a kitchen again but that may be after Christmas 😅
