to ask how to make a “Grumblie” work?

Hi, I’ve got a Grumblie.. he’s called Tremor, and he’s one of four interactive toys for children.
Hes one of the Skyrocket range of that helps.

Despite searching online, I can’t figure out where/how the batteries (and what type) are to be inserted.

The original box is missing, so no help there.

Ive taken a pic of him face on, and a pic of the underneath, so I hope someone can help me bring this toy back to life.

I hope I’m not being embarrassingly thick-headed about how to work it 🤦‍♀️

have you tried undoing that tiny screw on the bottom to see if the batteries go in there?

Thank you… I didn’t even SEE the screw you highlighted 🤦‍♀️

As it’s 2am, I’ll give it a go at a more reasonable time.

Hope that tiny screw is the answer to everything that my Grumblie needs to give its best interactive performance !!

It looks likely the invisible screw's the key ... but there's been a slew of threads about apathetic, moaning husbands lately and I thought maybe you'd got one of those!

If only a tiny screw could put them right, eh 😏

That's where the batteries for Furbies go, so I assume it may be the same for Grumblies (can we get a video when you've sorted it? Grumblies are a new one to me!)

Mine is sat on.the sofa drinking coffee and grumbling about the cold. If I could only find the receipt for return...

🤣 that made me smile…. luckily my other half has got an adjustable screw, and mostly all it needs is a loosening or a tightening…..
Then again, I’m not perfect either, and as long as we have each others heart, then the grumbles I get from my human, are mostly understandable …

it’s mostly tech & unreasonable other humans that are my biggest challenge 🤦‍♀️
