Chihuahua chased by bully mix

I was just at the park sitting on a bench whilst my chihuahua had a waddle and some kind of great big bully mix without a muzzle was let off leash and ran across the road, clumsily running towards my chi. I got up from the Bench was convinced it was going to knock me over. They started rounding her like a sheep dog and looking like they were going to savage her like a prey animal. Owner called her back but the dog didn’t listen at first, did when I shouted too. I’ve gone somewhere else and the woman who was with the dog has stolen my spot

The dog would've chomped yours if it wanted to. Sounds much more like it was playing if it was lazily herding yours, and returned to its owner when called (admittedly second time, which isn't ideal but pretty standard for a pet dog). If you walked off why wouldn't she sit on the bench?

A big dog which isn’t under proper control by its owner just ‘playing’ with a small dog can easily injure it by accident though - it’s not ok.

She should work on recall with that dog. One day she'll upset the wrong person.

The owner sounds like an utter dick head dog owner with threatening dog

Off lead dog with poor recall caused problems. Breed irrelevant.
