I get it. Sometimes life feels too good to be true and if you're not used to things going well that anxiety of thinking it will surely end soon kicks in. I think it depends what kind of life you've had. If you're used to things being fairly shite fairly often, then that's your comfort zone, your "normal". As much as you might moan about it, it's what you're used to and you know how to handle it. Everything suddenly coming together and life just somehow being great feels very weird and abnormal by comparison. Anything out of your comfort zone can trigger feelings of anxiety. It doesn't mean your current life situation is a bad place to be in, just that you're not used to it.
