I work for a big company. Beginning of October we are told about a contract restructuring, higher basic + more attractive bonus package. Just received my pay and it’s exactly the same so I think ok maybe it’s not going to be in this months pay however work gossip goes around about how pleased everyone is with their pay packet it seems everyone else has received the pay rise plus back pay from 1st October plus a nice bonus it seems I am the only one in my section who hasn’t received it ( I have worked here 16 years)
I emailed payroll they say line manager will have to contact hr to see what has happened and it will reflect in next pay check.
just feel really crap I swear it always feels like this sort of thing happens to me we got new I pads a few weeks ago and mine keeps crashing and wiping the apps.
i am just venting hopefully it gets sorted for next month but would of been nice to have to get ready for Christmas.
also manager is off for 2 weeks so worrying about when it will get sorted
