Mutual exchange and accepting responsibility?

Hello -

For this mutual exchange to proceed, me and my husband would have to sign a form to say we accept full maintenance of their wooden extension.

Without this there would be nowhere to put the fridge etc but my husband is worried it's a financial trap and if they don't want to accept responsibility as it was made without permission then why should we?

Thoughts? Experience?

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. You are going to have to give more details. Who is “they”? What kind of exchange? What does the fridge have to do with it?
