I'm obsessed with money

I had a baby 6 months ago and ever since I've been obsessed with money. Questions consistently spin around my head like how do people afford to have more than 1 or 2 children, do people think about money as much as I do, what will my child have (moneywise) when they grow up, I wonder how much that person earns etc ... It makes me laugh sometimes as it's such a rude thought! But also a constant thought in my life and a slight obsession. I think about it all the time. Is this normal? Have I just entered "adulthood"? It was not a problem before I was a parent.

Personally speaking, no. These sound like intrusive thoughts love, and that’s indicative of PPD

Not really, to be honest.

No, it sounds like an odd kind of obsessive thought to me. I have a child and don’t give money any more thought than I did before I had him, other than handling my own finances, obviously. Other people’s money I never give a thought to. I have friends who are ‘racehorses and yachts’ rich, and friends and family who live very modestly.
