So I purchased profitec drive last year in march , 1,5 years ago from uk website
The machine developed a fault with temperature, wasn’t steady , overheating, moving up after a while.
The machine was sent to repair, they replaced the probe and said it’s good. Now the machine is producing higher temperature than it should, people who know technicians from profitec on forum said and that the temperature sensor is most likely faulty.
There was also a different issue not related to temperature where the seller sent me a replacement part and we agreed I will change that on control panel myself, it’s been repaired already twice .
It’s the second time I’ll be sending the machine for repair in a year, for same or similar issue, under warranty. With me being responsible for shipping costs to them .There are no consumer rights I have ? I’ll be sending the machine back and forth until warranty expires and that’s it?
I expressed to seller that under consumer rights I should be entitled for a replacement unit, however I have received a response that it’s not guaranteed that the issue is the same as 9 months ago, but it’s certainly related. Both are related to too high temperature being produced , inaccurate. My warranty expires in January and I’m concerned I’ll be left with faulty machine
