Anyone work in HR recruitment who know how long it take from being told - ""I am raising the ECOE for the band 6 today"" - to when the advert should be live??

The manager told me she would email me when it went live but it was 4 weeks since she emailed me the above - reluctant to email her as I don't want to think I am a stalker, but I also understand she is busy and its not her responsibility to email me

Anyone?

Can be depressingly slow 😩 is funding approved & has the vacancy passed the recruitment panel for approval? Is it a hospital Trust post or an ICB one?

I went for the b7 team leader, I didn't get it, it went to one of the b6, so its their position, 4 weeks ago the matron was raising the "ecoe" so not sure how long it takes.
