to ask about U.K. Pandora Site?

Hi, I hope I’m not inviting posters to criticise me (or my post), but please let me ask my question.

i was given a Pandora bracelet, and I’d like to buy a charm(s) to start off my collection.

I found the U.K. Pandora site to be difficult.

I added to bag, the charms that appealed, but then it said before placing an order, to join the rewards/points, so I thought I did that, but the site is still inviting me to set up the rewards, so I’m confused.

So then I assumed all was fine, and to continue with trying to complete the order, with the selection of charms.
it then said to LOG IN, so to do things correctly, I did that… however that action wiped my basket empty.

I can’t phone Pandora online til 8am tomorrow Monday 3rd November.

I should mention the order was with the 20% discount available (today at least), but if I have to leave my enquiries til first thing tomorrow, I have NO idea if the 20% discount will still be available then.

Has anyone out there reading this, have any advice for me?

Im I’m not particularly savvy with websites, but I found the U.K. Pandora site to make me think I must be rather dim witted 😱

Just log in and add all the items you want to purchase again. Sometimes logging in wipes out your basket but you just add them again once you are logged in.

From googling, it looks like the 20% off sale runs until 13th November.

Never got out our £50 back when it hung during purchase - took the money but no goods

Unfortuately, after trying to fill my basket with the same items, I got a flag up message saying it couldn’t be added…. none of them 😱
