To ask for help finding a similar vase?

Staying at DM's for half term and DS has managed to break her vase. Not a massive deal, it was an accident and she's not devastated but I feel bad - she's had that vase >50yrs, so I'd like to replace if I can. There are no marks/writing on it to indicate manufacturer and reverse searching the photo just brings up generic cut glass vases. It's a long shot but can anyone recognise the pattern and point me in the right direction? Any help much appreciated! (Also, wow my dining room door is dirty, sorry!)

That’s a lovely vase but sadly I expect by now the pattern has been discontinued.
It looks like Brierly to me.

Send the pics to cut glass manufacturers in the UK. One of them might recognise the pattern.
Google “Crystal glass manufacturers UK” and see what comes up.

I don't recognise the pattern I'm afraid.

Cut glass vases are one thing I see a lot of in charity shops. They are often superb quality, often still with labels/boxes and are stupidly cheap. I guess a lot of them were unused wedding or anniversary presents that have sat in the back of cupboards for decades. Good luck OP.

Yes I'm probably going to have to settle for something similar. Luckily I don't think it was £££ originally! Will check out Brierly and those Amazon options, thanks!

Might be worth having a look round a few charity shops. They tend to have quite an array of vases. You might be lucky!!

Looks similar to Lismore. Your best bet is probably to just offer to buy a new one that she chooses (or DS chooses?)

Those shops that sell a multitude of items, mix and mash shops like an aladdins cave.
We've a few in our area that sell 'crystal' type vases, not a brand name type but beautiful and reasonably priced none the less.
