Neighbours yelling in garden

Some neighbours a few doors down are shouting in their garden. It sounds like they’re having some kind of party. I know it’s half term but it’s also a weeknight and a work day tomorrow. Plus it’s gone 10pm. AIBU to be annoyed? They have a loud party like this every week or two in the summer.

I think 11pm is the ‘noise deadline’ so as much as I feel for you, YABU (unless they’re still doing it now)
