l’m looking for the mighty combined power of Mumsnet to help with this. Every week I buy food in a deal, eg 3 for £12 or 2 for £9. Every week this does not work and I am charged full price for the items. Every week I phone them and they refund me with the promise to sort the problems out.
So time wasting and frustrating! Has this happened to you?
Starting to think this isn’t a problem they want to solve as it is in their favour and most people probably just assume it works.
