Have uncovered these wooden floors under an old thick pile carpet.
Would you sand these or too much work?
Have never sanded before and have no idea what wood they are.
Would be hiring a sander if going ahead.
Because of the age of the property and how long ago it was last decorated, they point to being real wood.
YABU - Would take forever to get them looking decent.
YANBU - Get sanding, will be worth it.
