So ex husband lives in UK, I don't.
He has started divorce.
3 kids, maintenance order in place since, never paid.
Shared mortgage up until this year but is now in the process of being sold to the council, either that or it will be repossessed.
He is pushing for me to complete a financial agreement that has been pulled from the internet.
He has noted that we each have the same salary which cracks me up as we don't.
He is a high earner, much higher than me. Director of a practice.
Huge pension.
Has anyone experience of this?
I'm under pressure as he he wants this signed or will pull out of the agreement to sell house to council.
It's such a tricky situation legal advice seems to be different from everyone I've spoken to.
