To have changed the claim?

I have literally had it with my ex and him not sticking to the schedule regarding the kids, he constantly picks them up late, really unreliable and just making my life hard. I changed the contact time to every other weekend so he collects them from school and I am not waiting around (it was usually a Sunday and Monday night) I sent him a message explaining that he picks the kids up and then drops them off at 4 on a Sunday on his week. He turns up at 10am and because I wasn’t in he took them to my mums house, I wasn’t going to do this is I was fine with the new arrangement but I have changed the cms claim from 2 nights per week to 2 nights every 2 weeks. I have just had enough as he always has to get that last bit of control.

What was the contact schedule and what have you now changed it to? Has he agreed to change it?

Yes he did. There is no court order, he just constantly picked them up late. I wish it would just go to court to be honest.

The other week he just didn’t turn up at all as he was abroad.

he says he doesn’t need to give me a time just that he will pick them up at some point
