HELP!!!
im 9 weeks post partum with baby no.3 and when we’ve had sex (the handful of times) I’m feeling next to nothing , my partner is rather big in that area so I’m finding it a bit concerning , is this something I should be worried about or do I need to give things time to settle as it’s still early days following delivery??? Thanks in advance

I think 9 weeks pp is still very early and things are still shifting back into place! Have you had your 6 week check up? It's normal to feel numb/uncomfortable down there for a while after giving birth. Do your pelvic floor squeezes every day, maybe every time you feed baby or nappy changes to help you remember! Make sure you use some lubrication when you have sex. Give it another couple of months and then make an appointment for a chat with your GP if things still don't feel right.
