Hand foot and mouth

Can it appear all over the face? My toddler has a lot of red, pimply spots on her cheeks and forehead, not near her mouth. And a few on the back of her hands. Nothing on her feet. She hasn’t been unwell. She does go to preschool so it’s very likely. Just not sure what it is.

In my experience she will be unwell and the spots will be inside and outside around her mouth rather than where you describe.

Yeah my experiences both times the first sign is being unwell and off food, spots inside the mouth (possibly on) and then on hands and feet in next 48 hours.

So maybe something else?

I’m not sure what else it could be. It’s odd that it’s appeared on both her face and hands. I’m waiting it out at the moment in the hope that whatever it is will clear up as she isn’t unwell. But if it carries on I’ll go to the GP.

Contact dermatitis?

Hand foot and mouth are more sites/blister in the mouth, up the nose on the palms and sole of feet. High temp and sore throat and chest and pains. None of us had sores anywhere else none on cheeks
