However bigger issues for me - you have a new born baby and he’s a “big” drug taker?

why has he taken his wedding band off? My husband never had one which is fine by me (he pointless with his occupation) but to wear one and actively take it off before a night out is a red flag.

Yes, if he's big into coke, it's highly likely he cheats on you.
I'd make sure you build some savings behind you as a future escape fund, if you dont have that in place already.
