I saw him as Ziggy in Salisbury. Just amazing!
DH used to give lectures about him at university before he retired.

He was just another creepy bloke. I can’t get past that to listen to his music.

My opinion...

He was groundbreaking at the time...but if he hadn't done it, sooner or later someone else would have.

He always comes across like a nice fella, but given his past sexual relations with underage girls, who gives a toss?

It wasn't that it was a 'different time' - sex with kids was considered revolting back then as well. It's just that the rock star status bought them blind eyes and sycophants for company.
