Did you not see the explanation for that in the next movie. Somehow without anyone seeing, Michael had knocked out the ambulance driver and taped his mouth shut and put his mask and overalls on him and popped him in the body bag. So it was the ambulance drivers head that got chopped off, not Michael's 😂

I was imaging the Wayne's World/Austin Powers actor and thinking it's true, he is very irritating, but then again he was good as Shrek. Shooting seems a bit of an extreme punishment for a few bad films.
