Urgent advise needed- is this bed bugs?

Staying at a hotel and have just found these marks on the sheet when putting a bed rail on for the baby. Is this bed bugs? Or mould? They don’t look the typical black or red colour but they do look like faded as though washed so may have been darker before

Looks like mould to be. Which is still grim

Have you checked the actual bed frame? The black dots are caused by their poo and this is often on the bed frame or mattress. I would think it would wash out of a sheet.

Looks like an immediate complaint with an upgrade or bedding change with refund to me

Thanks all, we changed rooms and will be complaining further on check out this morning. Mould is still grim
but I can deal with it over bed bugs which would make me leave and go home!

The mattress under that sheet had no protector and was also disgusting 🤢
