Today I fucked up

Today I fucked up by feeding my daughter who has Arfid and its sent her back to milk I feel so mad at myself

I doubt you're a bad mother, but I'm not sure what happened exactly. Does she have "safe foods" and you feed her something other than that?

I am an adult with ARFID. I have fucked up feeding my own self food I bought, prepped and cooked myself, sending me back to a limited list of safe foods.

It is a bloody difficult thing to deal with, even if you're dealing with it just for yourself. If you're trying to manage it for someone else particularly if that someone cannot communicate as clearly and in such a detailed way as an adult can, someone who has little to no control over purchase, prep and cooking... it's sometimes impossible.

It's not about not ever making mistakes. It's about learning from them when you do.
