Missed period

I’m 4 days late for my period, I had horrific pain last night that felt like I’d been punched in the uterus but today that’s gone and no bleeding.
I’m 37, recently I’ve been having night sweats before my period is due and I had those so thought it was coming but nothing.
I’ve done 2 pregnancy tests which were both negative.
AIBU to go to GP next week if it doesn’t arrive? Anyone get random late periods?

I wouldn't for one late period.

Could be start peri menopause.

Wait a week and take another pregnancy test.

Only go to the GP if being pregnant would be an issue for you. 1 missed period is common and in the realms of normal and not something you need to see a GP for.
