To ask for advice re Ryan Air refund?

I've booked for a girls trip flights with Ryan Air and the airline cancelled the flights - no problem with that, we rebooked a different destination and I covered the costs as I was expecting to get a refund from Ryan Air quite easily. Problem is, the money went in an e wallet, again no issues and then I withdrew the credit and its never appeared in my bank. Help! I could do with the money back & calling the customer services line just plays an automated message with irrelevant advice. The online chat bot doesn't converse with me it just sends possible options of what im trying to say in response for me to click on and emails arent working. I should have received my refund on the 12th of September so I've been patient with emails too that haven't been responded to. Anyone have experience with this? What can I do? Thank you

My advice is don't plan to receive it soon, and perhaps be prepared to go to small claims. I cannot recall which airline it was where a person got bailiffs to visit an airport terminal and serve papers was owed money from.

Hope none of that proves necessary, and please don't support the nasty Mr O'Leary by flying with them again. Unless it is really the only way to get to a funeral or visit someone who is dying.
