My toddler goes to a wonderful nursery, she's very happy there and the staff are brilliant. It's part of a regional chain that has several nurseries in the area.
My issue is the nursery office is a mess. Literally, papers all over the desks, piles of files. The door is always open even if no-one is in the office. I popped in last week to ask the manager about something and noticed a birth certificate clearly visible under a pile of other paperwork. Plus loads of other confidential information.
data compliance is a huge part of my role and I wish I felt comfortable enough to say something to the nursery manager. I've thought about sending an email to their head office but maybe I'm being over the top?
