Will I ever land another job?

Just looking for someone to commiserate with me after getting through to the final stage of a fairly tortuous interview process only to get the 'Dear John' letter this morning.
I'm 52 and I can't help thinking my age plays a part.
The interview seemed to go really well - the panel all praised my presentation (I thought, genuinely) and I answered all the questions (bar one) pretty well.
Not sure what else I can do to actually get a job offer...

I’m sorry this happened to you. It sucks and it’s incredibly frustrating. But others will have gone through the same process and only one can make it. You can only persevere

I feel your pain. 55 here and although still in a job currently, that time is running out. I think I've 'niched' myself out of the market over the last 10 years and that's a bit of an issue now.
