See photo attached. Is the small white spot a cause for concern?

Why is it the only white one then

No. Its just a spot.

What do you think would make it dangerous? How long has it been there? If longer than a couple of days like a normal whitehead, it may be milia, which can be removed at a clinic if you find it visually bothersome.

Because some spots are white and some aren't. That doesn't make spots dangerous.
