I can’t stop eating!

Please help me. I’m going through a binge right now I literally cannot stop eating. I was sick last night. I hate how I can’t control myself.

Throw out all the binge foods, big glass of cold water, long shower, comfy loose clothes, and get yourself into bed. You'll feel better in the morning.

Don't restrict tomorrow, try and have three balanced meals. And make yourself a dr appt.

I don't think AIBU is the right place to seek advice or support for an eating disorder OP.

You'd be far better leaving it until tomorrow and making an appointment with your GP, or whatever professionals you might've sought help from in the past.
