Dumb people

Last night, someone drove into the bank, damaging the entrance door. The branch was closed due to HnS whilst contractors changed the door. A couple of security guards outside. Visited the gym which is next door to the bank. I saw one guy asking the security guards if the bank was open. No. Same thing happened as I left the gym and walked past bank.

Last week opposite the bus stop where I was waiting for a bus, a coffee shop chain was closed due to problems with power. Large sign on door, lights out (no power). Lost count in the number of people trying to open the door, banging on the door.

How dumb are these people?

Very. And they're everywhere. Zero common sense or observation skills

Workman were working at the entrance to a bank. There was no sign up, so some customers asked the security guard outside if the bank was open. Despite that, someone on an internet forum decided they were dumb for asking a reasonable question

I forgot to mention there was a sign saying the bank was closed which was attached to some red/white tape at eye level.

People do not read signs

Have a look at a dictionary. Dumb doesn't mean what you think it does.
