Ideas to gift mothers please!

Hi all, I am wanting to make two lovely gift boxes for my mum and mother in law to gift them just before my wedding. So far I was thinking of things like perfume, designer lipstick, an embroidered hankie and a hand written card.

I just wondered if you could write what you would love to receive or have received and have loved?

They are both quite ‘girly’ if that helps at all. I want it to be a mixture of luxury and sentimental vibes.

Do people use hankies these days?

Perfume, lipstick and a personal card certainly, as long as you know their taste. Bracelet or pendant perhaps

I am 50 so close enough in age to be a mother of the bride and I use hankies and frequently lose them so that would be excellent for me.
I don't use perfume or lipstick though.
If they do and you know the type they like then that's a fine gift.
(personally I'd prefer a Lego set)
