Does anyone know what this dream means?

Dreamt of my granny last night. She died 12 years ago. I was incredibly close to her. The eldest grandchild. Lived with her during my college years.
It is my Aunt (her daughter's) 1st anniversary on Friday.

In the dream it was my wedding day and shes outside the church. She says to me she better go in as its about to start. As she loves to go away I say in the dream Granny you are the best granny ever. She grabs my arm and says you were the best granddaughter I could have wished for.

The dream brought me comfort but also a bit of sadness today. Missing her. Anyone a dream analyst or any interest in this type of thing?

I thought it was strange that I spoke in the present whereas she spoke in the past.

I often have strange dreams about my mum who died 22 years ago.

They don't mean anything no matter how strange they are, except that I love and miss her.

Ah that made my heart ache a little. I would imagine that you’re missing her and she’s been in your thoughts lately or there are certain events like your aunts anniversary that mean you’re being reminded of her more.

I'm not an analyst but they do say our past loved ones try and speak to us via our dreams. I'd take this to mean she's telling you she remains with you and will be also be with you in the future (eg on your wedding day.)

Also, that you were her favourite grandchild.

It was a lovely dream!

It means you miss your gran. And you loved her. And your brain is processing that.
