I was sexually active a week ago with my long-term partner. Not penetrative sex, but foreplay type stuff - him touching me, etc. Since then, I've had a strange feeling down there. I've checked the skin, and it all looks normal. It's like a mild burning sensation, but I can't point to exactly where, it's just quite general - I'm not sure if it's from the vagina, or vulva, or what! There don't seem to be any thrush/BV symptoms - no smelly discharge, no obvious clumpy discharge.
The feeling gets worse after urinating (but not the UTI feeling, it's more of a general mild burning/pressure). It's been about 5 days now and it hasn't worsened, but not improved either. What to do? Anyone had experience of this? I assume if it was an allergy to the condom or something this would have manifested before, but we didn't do anything differently! I haven't been sexually active since the experience, but it still isn't letting up.
