Upstairs neighbour and dog

My upstairs neighbour’s kitchen is above our bedroom.
She has her family over today, and they’ve brought a dog with them. It’s going bonkers upstairs on their wooden floors.

Would I be unreasonable to text her and ask if she could lower it out of the window using ropes and a basket so as I can see its fluffy face?

That's not right. Go up and offer to take it off their hands for a bit so they can chat.

Then don't give it back.

Do you think dog napping would go against us if we tried to sell?

Depends if the buyer is a cat person

The predominant area of concern will be if the dog chooses to nap directly behind the front door, thereby blocking entry to the property 🐶
