House still not up for sale

Estate agent came round on Tuesday to take photos of our house. Said it’d be ready to go live on Thursday. Yesterday it still wasn’t appearing on their website or on Rightmove so I messaged. Estate agent said it had been added to Rightmove Thursday morning and they had called to find out why it still wasn’t showing (and would be sorted ASAP).

Saturday lunchtime and the house still isn’t on Rightmove or their website.

Would I be unreasonable to get in touch again and ask what is going on? When we sold our last house it was 48 hours from photos to being online, so maybe that was just super quick! I don’t want to nag.

Yep put a rocket up their butts and say it needs to go up asap or you will find another agent.

Seriously I would ditch them and go elsewhere. It’s either incompetence or they have a “buyer” the property is being delayed for.

What is the market like in your area?

Not the point but 11:38 isn't lunchtime.

There aren’t that many houses in this area for sale, which is why I don’t understand why they haven’t got it online as soon as possible!
