Baby sleep driving me MAD

I have a beautiful 14 month old baby girl who is adorable but my gosh her sleep is driving me to insanity. What’s really infuriating is so many people say “oh it’s normal part of being a mum ect” which I get to an extent but this just feels ridiculous. For the last eight weeks everything has gone from bad to worse. She has gone from sleeping 12-13 hours at night to waking up every 2 hours or so… and during the day she’ll only nap for 30 minutes max. That’s wether she’s in a car, in her cot or pram ect. This has been going on for eight weeks and my partner who works away is leaving next week for 2 months and I’m starting to dread how I’ll do it alone. I understand sleep regressions ect but is this really normal?

You will always get blips when they’re unwell, dropping a nap, teething etc. but they’re usually just blips and don’t last for 8 weeks. You must be exhausted. And 2 hourly wake ups is newborn territory, not what you’d expect for a 1YO. Do you want ideas on how to try to fix it or do you just need to vent? If you’d be up for posting her daily routine including wake up time, naps, meals and bedtime, and also how you currently get her to sleep e.g. if you’re feeding to sleep then I bet some posters will have some ideas of what you can try to tweak or some sleep training ideas. I found the sleep advice really good on here when mine were younger- lots of really knowledgeable posters about!
