Sorry for posting on here but I needed a board with high traffic as I need to do this today. A friend has just been diagnosed with diverticulitis today and I've googled so I understand the basics. I want to put something lovely in the post to her and I'm on leave today so I can pop into town in about 30 minutes, so please throw some gift ideas at me... I just want to lift her spirits a bit.
