Heating element in oven vs wiring

Help please!
Been in this housing association property 6 years, had 3 different ovens through that time.
This oven is a year old and we've replaced the heating element in it 5 times as the fuse box trips every now and then, and if this happens whilst the oven is on, it blows the heating element.
HA say it's the appliance. But we've had 3 different ovens here, all different brands ect, and same problem with each.
This isn't the only wiring issue we have with the house either. Landing lights currently not working.
So, anyone with any knowledge please, is it the wiring or the appliance?

I would firstly check the socket to which this appliance is connected too, 3 units is not funny.
Are these ovens just plugged in or hard wired? but definitely your first inspection is the simply socket Look for burn marks inside the casing & loose terminals. TURN OFF ELECTRIC before attempting this

The supply socket. not the simple socket 😹
