What time is bed time for your kids ?

My ds is well and truly ready for bed by 7 happily goes to sleep straight away but my 8 year old hasn’t got a bedtime as such, but I’m finding lately she is absolutely knackered ! What time is a good time for an 8 year old to go to bed ?

My dd is almost 8. She goes to bed at 7:30 but I hear her playing / reading in bed until about 8:30

My son is 7. His bedtime is 8 but he's normally asleep by 9/half 9. Trying to get his bedtime down to 7:30 so he'll be asleep by half 8/9.

My 5 year old I aim for 8pm. But he usually takes almost an hour to actually fall asleep still so it’s almost 9pm often. He’s always the first awake by 6.30am!
I did try 7pm for a while and it either took 2hrs to fall asleep or he was up by 5am
