I am early 40s. Haven't had a period in about a year (defo not up the duff 🤣). Could it be that I have gone through the menopause and it just hasn't massively affected me? Or is that too good to be true?

Have you been to the GP? Would the osteoporosis risk dlfrom menopause at 40 be something to be wary about?

See your GP. It would be an early menopause and that can be problematic in its own right. The GP can do blood test to check your hormone levels.

Broadly this happened to me. Looking back I see I had irregular periods and rage, but was oblivious to this being peri menopause as it was 20 years ago, and there was much less information on menopause then. But I had no real hot flushes or other symptoms.

Happened to my sil, literally sailed through it without even realising what was actually happening to her.
