Please no judgement
i sas making a bottle in the night with nuby flask and in freak accident the bottle slipped and spilled on babies let, through a sleeping bag and baby grow, I quickly took it all offf baby cried for about 30 seconds and I instantly rinsed with cold water then put damp muslin cloth on it for 20 mins , doesn’t seem to be bothering baby but do you think I need to take him to a and e?? It’s red but not floaters and not hot to touch ? Pics attached

Yes it’s always important to get burns on baby checked asap as doctors can check the skin damage and treatment can start straight away as needed.
Well done on applying cold water straight away for 20 minutes.

How hot was the water ? Is the redness from a scald, or due to having a cold flannel pressed on it !

I would go and get baby checked only because they are so young and some burns have a delayed response with blisters etc. You 100% did the right thing after it happened so well done. Need to change routine now - stand up to make bottle or have baby in crib when pouring maybe?

Always get this checked out. Especially if foot involvement as there's a risk for contractures (blisters can appear hours later). Hope wee one is ok.
