How to get your ducks in a row when everything is online

Hi all, writing this in a bit of an emotional turmoil. I'm sure the usual....abusive relationship Vs broken family for the children yada yada. Anyway, I have reading lots of posts re getting ducks in a row. How do you actually physically do this. Everything is online now. I have no physical proof of my pension and my husband had lots of random shares in things and percentages in family businesses. How do I make start?

Get printed copies of everything

marriage certificate
house deeds
mortgage or rental info
any insurances
any pension info
any shares
passports
download and print bank statements
copies of payslips etc

I have access to most of those documents. But the main ones in terms of finances I don't. I cant access any details of his bank accounts, pension, shares and the % he has in his parents business. So my question really is how do you get these documents. Or do you just need to trust that he will provide them at the appropriate time?
