Hellooo. Probably posted about this before but my 2 year old is currently up between about 1 and 5 every day. She doesn’t nap. I try to get her down at 8 even though she’s tired before then as early bedtimes make it worse.

has anyone ever managed to crack split nights?

I very much remember this pain!
I think what worked for me was being very strict with wake up time, no matter what happened at night… so the alarm would go off at 6:30am and get straight up, curtains open, lights on etc.
This would then encourage a nap in the day. At that age I would keep it short and sweet, no more than 1 hour or so. Then repeat repeat repeat. Eventually it squeezed out the wakings for us.
good luck. Spit nights were horrible x
