DD21 may have Inflammation on Liver could this be serious

DD21 recently did some blood tests as she was feeling very lightheaded & dizzy all the time. Blood tests came back that she is Anaemic & having reviewed the blood tests results Dr called her today to say she could have an inflamed liver due to enzymes on there but they need to do more blood tests to find out. How serious is this? When she did the original blood tests she was just finished from a cold.

I had bloods done last year and my ALT was raised. Queried it with a different doctor who said as I’d been unwell in the 4 weeks prior, it didn’t mean a lot so to have them repeated. The repeat ones were totally normal and have been normal since😊
