I live in a semi detached house and the two neighbours either side of me and me are all elderly. We have lived their for over half a century and never had the problem we have now. One neighbour has three dogs who bark all day in the garden the other neighbour has started 'collecting' rescue dogs. She has several now but the problem is she is not getting any younger and when she leaves them at home alone, they bark with separation anxiety. It is driving us nuts. What measures can we take to alleviate the noise apart from staying away from our own home all day? You can't speak to them because they are dog mad and just tell you to tell the dogs off.
