He’s tall and lean. Plays sport several times a week and is always on the go.
Has had texture issues with food since weaning so no fruit and veg with a skin and no pith/bits (he won’t eat things with the skin removed either). No salad.
He will have fruit juice, smoothies, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Loves pasta sauce/saucy foods so I blend veg into that.
He likes carbs but nothing too ‘crispy or dark’. Loves pasta.
He loves breakfast so scrambled eggs on toast, cereal, croissants etc.
He has a packed lunch at school (no fruit and only thinly sliced carrot).
What can I give him after school but before football training? He won’t eat bananas.
