Posting here for traffic. Normally have no issues with our Evri driver but it was a new guy today.
Driver knocks, had my parcel in his hand and was trying to scan it. I assume there was an issue with the scanner. He then said I'll come back in a few minutes. I said then can I have my parcel? He said yes then toddled off to his van never to be seen again.
According to my Evri app parcel is 'due to be delivered' as of 11.30 this morning.
I have tried the chat on the app but it is automated.
Has anyone come across this before?
