Shared ownership pregnancy

girlfriend is 4 months pregnant and I have already applied for a mortgage for shared ownership. I didn’t disclose the pregnancy. Should I declare? Has anyone been convicted for fraud for not disclosing pregnancy on future change?

I am no idea of the legalities but surely if you have already applied then its fine. You applied with the situation as it was.
Will it affect your ability to meet the repayments?

No it wouldn’t affect it future payments. I would have spare around £300- 400 per month also my partner has savings.

No you don’t need to disclose pregnancies, just depentants.
