Hello, posting here for traffic. Would like to go away in the Uk for 3 nights over new year. Me, DH, DS9,DD5 and needy dog. Last year we went to Northumberland (& loved it), 2023 we went to Suffolk (& loved it).
ideally would like stuff to do for DC during day and to be close to towns for cafes and restaurants. Any ideas, mumsnet?

Might be worth posting on holiday cottages uk Facebook page and see what you get offered (it’s a holiday home owners page, be sure to book through a proper link and not respond to private messages) I have booked a few good ones through there.
