Does this sound like my toddler has autism?

She is 2.5 years old. Very "normal" in most ways, typical 2.5 year old except when she is angry. When Very angry or frustrated, she will sometimes in the moment of rage pull her hair. It's quick but she does it so hard that it comes out of her head. Some days 2-3 times, some days not at all but over the past year, a fair amount of hair has been pulled out! She also only seems to do it in front of me. When shes just with my husband, she doesnt do it, when my mum has her once a week and my MIL one day a week, she doesnt do it in front of either of them. Is she doing it for my reaction or is there something bigger going on?

It’s definitely something to address with the doctor if she’s pulling her own hair out, but it’s not necessarily autism.

I think she is just in the depths of terrible twos OP! If everything else is okay I’d say she is fine and it will pass, mum often get the pleasure of baring witness to the worst behaviour. If you are worried speak to your health visitor or GP, there’s no harm in asking x

With no other signs, then no, I wouldn't say that's a particular sign of autism, particularly since she doesn't do it with other people. If she were doing it as a way of self-soothing rather than in a temper (like some children rock, or flap their hands) then possibly if there were also other signs. But it sounds like she's doing it in frustration and to get a reaction from you.
